Albany is a pretty friendly city, especially for kids, and school has been on everyone's minds. The boys have taken many questions in the past few days about whether school has started for them or when it does or why they aren't there or what school they're in.

This afternoon a guy behind the counter at a convenience store asked, "When do you start school?"

Storyteller said, for the second time that very day, "We're homeschooled."

Guy: "Do you know anything?"

In answer, the Storyteller explained how to solve a quadratic equation by factoring.
